This appointment is for Vaccines for Children
Pucci's Pharmacy is working under a collaborative practice agreement with a physician to provide vaccines to children as young as 2 months old. (Most pharmacies in California are only permitted to vaccinate children 3 years and older.)
If you are scheduling an appointment for your child only, please choose "ONLY my children or dependents" from the options on the left. You will enter your own information (Parent/Guardian) in the first screen and after you create your profile, you will add your dependents on the following screens and be able to choose their requested vaccinations.
Please arrive prior to your appointment time.
The vaccine process will take approximately 1 hour. You will be required to complete a paper consent form at the pharmacy upon arrival.
